About the Role:
We're looking for a Doctor of Psychology who is passionate about expanding access to quality care and thrives in a culture of autonomy, flexibility, creativity, compassion, and humor. You'll provide assessments and individual, family, couples, and group therapy, reporting to the Clinical Director.
What You'll Do:
Evaluate diagnoses, create and review treatment plans, and complete clinical documentation per company policy
Maintain a caseload of at least 25 client sessions per week
Deliver interventions that reduce symptoms and improve clients' daily functioning
Collaborate with case managers, families, medical professionals, and Ellie staff
Attend clinical staff meetings and trainings
Practice ethically, with cultural awareness, and comply with Ellie policies and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
Doctorate in Psychology or a related field from an accredited institution (PhD preferred)
Active Florida license and NPI, with 1-2 years of post-doctoral clinical experience
Valid Florida driver's license; insurable under Ellie's policy
Strong diagnostic, crisis intervention, and communication skills
Clear, concise written documentation
Ability to work autonomously with strong time management
Preferred Experience with children, adolescents, couples, and families
Familiarity with community resources and insurance billing
