We are partnering with a leading enterprise client to hire a Senior Technical Program Manager. Project Description Our client's Enterprise Network Services team needs a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead multi-million-dollar global infrastructure programs spanning network, compute, data centers, cloud, and trading infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead complex, multi-workstream infrastructure programs from charter to closure
  • Build charters, roadmaps, governance, RACI, and KPIs/KRIsCoordinate Network, Compute, Cloud, Data Center, Trading Infrastructure, Security, Risk, Finance, and vendor teams
  • Own integrated plans, critical paths, RAID, and change control
  • Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial variances
  • Run executive steering committees with decision-ready reporting
  • Influence senior stakeholders and global teams without direct authority
  • Mandatory Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field 10+ years in technical program management, including 5+ years leading enterprise network or infrastructure programs
  • Proven delivery of multi-million-dollar, multi-workstream global programs
  • Experience authoring charters, business cases, and funding requests
  • Deep knowledge of enterprise networks, data centers, compute, and cloud connectivity
  • Expert-level Jira, strong Power BI (or equivalent), and Confluence
  • Agile, Scrum, and waterfall expertise
  • Financial forecasting and resource planning skills
  • Strong executive communication skills
  • Based in, or able to commute to, New York, NYNice-to-Have Skills
  • Financial Services or Capital Markets experience (trading environments)
  • Data center migration, cloud adoption, or network modernization experiencePMP, ITIL, SAFe, CCNA/CCNP, or CISSP certifications
