Role Description:
The Front Desk Representative is a full-time, on-site position based in João Pessoa, PB. This role is responsible for greeting visitors, answering inquiries, and directing guests or callers to the appropriate person or department. Daily tasks include managing phone calls, handling reservations and appointments, maintaining a clean and organized reception area, and recording visitor information as needed. The Front Desk Representative will also support administrative activities, such as receiving mail, coordinating deliveries, and updating basic records or schedules. The role requires a professional demeanor, clear communication, and a customer-focused approach at all times.
Qualifications:
Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Communication abilities. Experience with front office operations, such as Receptionist Duties and Reservations handling. Professional Phone Etiquette and comfort managing multiple incoming calls. Ability to stay organized, manage time effectively, and handle several tasks simultaneously. Basic computer skills and familiarity with office software (email, scheduling tools, and spreadsheets).Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor. Prior experience in reception, hospitality, or front desk roles is preferred but not mandatory. Ability to communicate clearly in Portuguese; additional language skills are an advantage.
