About the role

Anduril Industries in Boston seeks an IT/ CAD support engineer to develop, implement, and optimize the NX CAD environment and provide specialized support for CAD software used by design and engineering teams. You will manage the IT helpdesk queue, onboard new hires, create self-service docs, and lead training for NX-related issues, while ensuring SLAs and security standards are met. 2–4 years in IT helpdesk and 1–2 years with NX/SolidWorks preferred; US security clearance a plus.
