The Opportunity:
This isn't just a driving job. You'll own your route, build lasting relationships with customers, and directly impact your own paycheck through a generous bonus structure. With a base salary of $60,000 plus monthly bonuses, top performers have the potential to earn $65,000 or more per year. And if you have a secure location to park the truck, you can take it home every nightno fighting traffic back to the yard.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Run your own daily routemanaging sales, collecting cores, and keeping customer battery inventory dialed in
- Build strong relationships with customers and make sure every stop exceeds their expectations
- Keep your truck inventory accurate and organized
- Start by riding with an experienced driver to learn the ropes, then graduate to running your own route
- Load out of our Lenexa location at least twice a week (9300 Marshall Dr, Lenexa, KS 66215)
What We're Looking For:
- Class B CDL required
- 2+ years of route driving experience
- Customer-focused with a genuine desire to go above and beyond
- Physically capable of heavy liftingthis is an active, on-the-move role
- Reliable, organized, and ready to take ownership of your route
What You'll Earn:
- Base pay: $60,000/year
