About the role

Overview As a Proposal Writer and Pursuit Lead, you drive winning strategies for complex pursuits and coordinate cross-functional teams to produce compelling qualification packages, proposals, and presentation materials. You collaborate with technical staff to ensure clarity, compliance, and strong messages. You may lead PR-related activities and support client service interactions, shaping how we communicate value to clients. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, writing, and coordination to help secure major infrastructure projects. Responsibilities Coordinate, write and lead qualification packages, proposals and leave-behind materials for pursuits Collaborate with technical staff to write/review/edit content for clarity, compliance and key messages Develop pursuit strategies using research and industry intelligence Organize and/or lead pursuit presentations with coaching for technical staff Organize and facilitate pursuit strategy meetings Support client service teams with materials for internal and external meetings Coordinate division PR activities, including press releases and announcements Perform other duties as assigned Key requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business or related degree and 4 years of relevant experience, or 8 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, Share Point, and CRMStrong written and verbal communication across levels of pursuit management Ability to research and translate client needs into actionable win strategies Attention to detail and high-quality editing for proposals and presentations Time management and multi-project prioritization Experience stewarding sales tools and ensuring document compliancestrong written and verbal communicationattention to detailtime management Microsoft Office Adobe Creative Suite Share Point
