About the role

Stanford Technology Ventures Program (STVP) is seeking a detail-oriented Program Specialist to support events and program operations. You will oversee planning, execution, and continuous improvement of fellows programs and events—ranging from intimate student engagements to large-scale gatherings. The role emphasizes fiduciary compliance, stakeholder liaison with School of Engineering and university partners, and ensuring programs stay on schedule and within budget.
