Overview
As a Sr. Full Stack Software Engineer at Met Life, you will build and maintain cloud-native applications that deliver secure, scalable user experiences. You will work across UI and backend layers with React and Java/Spring Boot, collaborating with product, UX, QA, and Dev Ops to ensure high-quality delivery. You’ll tackle performance, security, and reliability challenges in a fast-paced, Agile setting. Responsibilities Design and develop full-stack applications using React (UI) and Java/Spring Boot (backend)Build responsive, accessible, and high-performing web interfaces Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices Partner with Product, UX, QA, and Dev Ops teams for end-to-end delivery Participate in Agile development (estimation, sprint delivery, code reviews)Troubleshoot and resolve production issues across UI and backend Ensure code quality through testing, CI/CD, and secure coding practices
Key requirements 6-7 years of full stack software development experience Frontend: React, Java Script/Type Script Backend: Java, Spring, Spring Boot Experience building UI-driven full stack applications and APIsFamiliarity with cloud platforms (preferably Azure)Knowledge of relational databasescollaboration with cross-functional teamsability to work in Agile environmentsproblem-solving and troubleshooting React Java Script/Type Script Java
