Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Tube Bender to join our manufacturing team in Melrose Park. This role is responsible for operating Horn and/or Unison tube bending machines to fabricate precision tubing used in large-scale radiator systems for data centers. The ideal candidate has strong mechanical aptitude, experience with CNC or manual tube bending equipment, and the ability to read blueprints and
Responsibilities:
Set up and operate Horn and/or Unison tube bending machines Bend to precise specifications based on engineering drawings and blueprints Perform equipment adjustments to ensure accurate bends and tolerances Inspect finished parts using measuring tools (calipers, gauges, templates)Load raw materials and ensure proper alignment before bending Monitor machine performance and troubleshoot minor mechanical issues Maintain production efficiency and meet daily output targets Follow all safety procedures and company policies Keep work area clean and organized
Qualifications:
Previous experience operating tube bending equipment (Horn, Unison, or similar)Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Strong attention to detail and quality control Experience in a manufacturing or metal fabrication environment Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills Ability to work in a fast-paced production setting Reliable attendance and punctuality (early start required)
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with CNC tube bending machines Familiarity with large-scale industrial components or heat transfer systems
Physical Requirements:
