About the role

WBUR in Boston seeks a Senior Producer for the Podcasts team to lead production of Endless Thread, pitch and develop new shows, and guide editorial direction. You will collaborate with sound designers, book guests, and craft engaging scripts and titles while pushing innovative workflows including AI tools to sharpen craft. You will mentor junior producers, manage deadlines, and coordinate across multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced, deadline-driven newsroom setting.
