Vice President Finance

Salary: $200,000.00 - $ 260,000.00 + 25% BONUS + LTI [ Stock ] + 401KSearching for a Senior Manager/ V P of Finance with 8 + years Heavy Manufacturing, Multi Plant, Union experience .Must have Strong financial /analytical skills ; Budget/Cost ; Technology .Supervisory experience[ 5-10 on Staff ]International experience is a Preference Directs all financial activities, including development, analysis, and implementation of short and long-term strategic forecasts, reporting, and budgeting. Ensures fair and accurate presentation of balance sheet, statement of operations, and statement of cash flow for the company, in accordance with GAAP and Sarbanes-Oxley.

Staff Responsibilities: Responsible to uphold the ideals set forth in the company’s mission statement. Responsible within functional areas to ensure employee competence, set direction, and determine best methods to meet or exceed corporate objectives as set forth in the annual Business Plan.

Management/Supervisory Responsibilities: Carries out management responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and procedures. Directly supervises 5-10 employees; monitors work quality, including conducting performance appraisals and providing counseling for improved performance. Recruits and selects department personnel, with assistance from Human Resources staff.
