About the role
Project Controls/Scheduling SpecialistWe are looking for candidates in the New York City area with Project Controls/Scheduling experience on Electrical Substation and Transformer Replacement projects. The candidates will support the management of these capital projects and must have experience with Primavera P6 software.Responsibilities:Assist in preparing detailed schedules and resource loaded schedules, required for capital work being performed for construction of major electric, gas, transmission, and facilities projects.Develops and maintains the Project Schedule throughout the lifecycle of the projects.Provide Project Schedule information to support estimating and cost management activities.Must be proficient with Primavera P6 software.Experience with MS Project, cost control SAP, Maximo, AACE, etc. would be attractive as well.Education/Experience:Technical College degree would be preferred but it's not required, especially if the candidate has P6 Certification. Candidates should have at least 3-5 years of experience.
