Role Description: Rubin & Chapelle is seeking a thoughtful, experienced Luxury Fashion Client Advisor / Sales Stylist to join our Fashion Island store in Newport Beach. The ideal candidate has a natural sense of style, an understanding of luxury service, and proven experience working directly with clients in a fashion retail environment. We are looking for someone warm, polished, attentive, and genuinely interested in helping each client build a wardrobe that feels personal and effortless. The role is highly relationship-driven and suited to someone who enjoys developing long-term clientele while providing thoughtful, individualized service.
Responsibilities: • Provide highly personalized styling and wardrobe guidance• Develop meaningful, long-term relationships with new and existing clients• Maintain client relationships through thoughtful outreach and follow-up• Meet individual and store sales goals• Develop a strong understanding of the collection, fabrics, fit, and construction• Assist clients with alterations, special orders, and wardrobe planning• Maintain the appearance and organization of the store• Support daily store operations and work collaboratively with the team Qualifications• Previous experience in luxury fashion sales, styling, or a comparable client-facing role• A refined sense of personal style and a genuine interest in fashion• Strong communication and relationship-building skills• Warm, polished, professional, and attentive• Self-motivated, dependable, and comfortable working in an intimate store environment• Existing client relationships are welcomed but not required
