About the role

Crossroadsstaffing is seeking a senior federal contracts professional to identify, source, and secure defense contracts. You will leverage SAM.gov, DLA DIBBS, and PIEE to source opportunities and manage competitive proposals end-to-end. The role requires 10+ years handling U.S. Government contracts, thorough knowledge of FAR/DFARS, ITAR and cybersecurity standards (NIST SP 800-171, CMMC), and strong collaboration with Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Finance.
