About the Role: The Company is in search of a Vice President of Technical Engineering to take on a pivotal role in leading the technical engine of the business. This senior leadership position is accountable for the end-to-end delivery of the engineering portfolio, spanning technical delivery, project execution, pre-sales solution architecture, and the governance of infrastructure, network, and security operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for institutionalizing a structured delivery lifecycle, establishing and enforcing engineering standards, and driving continuous improvement. Additionally, the role involves partnering with the PMO on project health reviews, serving as the executive escalation point for delivery issues, and acting as a trusted technical advisor to key accounts. Applicants must have a minimum of 12 years' progressive experience in IT infrastructure, network engineering, or technical consulting, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. The role requires a deep hands-on background in enterprise network and infrastructure engineering, proven pre-sales capability, and a working command of security operations practice. The VP will also be expected to lead the security and datacenter functions, build and develop the technical organization, and contribute to the company's strategy. A Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent professional experience is required, with a preference for candidates with experience in datacenter operations, security practices, and ITSM platforms. The ideal candidate will have a track record of building and implementing processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to bring together diverse technical specialists to a unified plan. Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
