Our client, independent provider of critical UPS service and maintenance, is looking for a detail-oriented Quoting Specialist / Sales Support professional to join their team! Our client supports hospitals, municipalities, data centers, and industrial facilities that rely on dependable power infrastructure — and they need someone organized, responsive, and energized by a fast-paced B2B environment to help keep their sales engine running.

✅ What you'll do: 🔹 Prepare and deliver service and equipment quotes for customers in a timely manner🔹 Review incoming requests from sales reps and customers to ensure accurate scope and pricing🔹 Follow up on open quotes to help move opportunities forward🔹 Communicate with customers on pricing, timelines, and service options🔹 Coordinate internally with sales, operations, and service teams for accuracy🔹 Maintain organized, detailed records in CRM and internal systems🔹 Support the outside sales team with customer follow-up and account support as needed📈 This is a stable, growth-focused role with real potential to expand into account management or senior sales support over time.
