Retail Associate Full-Time | Benefits Eligible Position Overview The Retail Associate is responsible for engaging homeowners at retail locations, educating them about the benefits of residential solar energy, and scheduling qualified homeowners for in-home consultations with our Solar Consultants. This is a customer-facing position designed for outgoing, energetic individuals who enjoy speaking with people and creating opportunities through meaningful conversations. Success is measured by generating high-quality appointments that result in completed in-home demonstrations and ultimately help homeowners save money through solar.
Responsibilities: Engage shoppers in a friendly and professional manner. Educate homeowners on the benefits of going solar. Qualify homeowners based on company guidelines. Schedule qualified homeowners for free in-home solar consultations. Maintain a positive and professional representation of the company. Accurately record appointments and customer information. Consistently achieve appointment and performance goals. Schedule Typical schedule:9 am-5pm OR1 pm-9 pm Required to work Friday-Sunday. Compensation Hourly plus commission! Retail Associates earn commissions based on completed sales generated from appointments they originate.
