About the role
Meta's Reality Labs hardware group seeks a strategic sourcing manager to own PCB/FPCA sourcing and supplier strategy across AR/VR and wearable devices. You will influence supplier selections, drive cross-functional alignment, and negotiate long-term agreements for high-variant PCB/FPC portfolios. Responsibilities include capacity planning, should-cost modeling, and leveraging AI-enabled workflows to optimize total cost while mitigating supply risks in a constrained market.
