About the role

As a fully remote TICO Certified Sales Agent, the full-time position will manage inbound and outbound leads, converting prospects into bookings while delivering exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced sales environment. Key responsibilities Convert qualified leads into bookings through phone, email, and chat using a consultative sales approach Manage sales pipeline in Salesforce, tracking activity and follow-ups to close opportunities Drive revenue by recommending tailored travel experiences based on guest and advisor needs Required qualifications Goal-oriented with a proven track record in a target-driven sales environment Experience with consultative selling and building relationships with clients Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM systems for managing leads and conversions Understanding of B2B and B2C dynamics in sales Willingness to become TICO Certified within the first 60 days of employment
