About the role
ADP is hiring a Manager, Search Optimization to lead SEO, AEO, and GEO initiatives. You will own impactful workstreams from diagnosis through implementation, collaborating with Content, Product Marketing, Web, Engineering, Analytics, and agencies. The ideal candidate brings 3+ years in AEO/SEO, strong data instincts, and comfort working across technical and content domains within a hybrid work model.
