About the role
Job Description:
The Tumbling/Acro Instructor will lead small and large group classes focused on youth programs, delivering expert coaching in tumbling and acrobatics. This role involves assessing skills, planning classes, and ensuring a safe, motivating environment to help students improve their technique and progress in their abilities. The position operates on a regular weekday schedule with no travel required.
Responsibilities: Coach tumbling and acrobatics skills effectively
Assess student skills and track progress
Plan classes tailored to varying skill levels
Monitor safety during all activities
Set up equipment for sessions
Motivate students and correct technique
Guide students through warm-up routines
Preferred Qualifications: 1+ years experience in gymnastics instruction
Knowledge of gymnastics coaching and tumbling techniques
Familiarity with acrobatics and safety compliance
Strong communication and motivational skills
Patience and ability to work within a team
