- Full-time: 40 hours (5 days) or 32 hours (4 days) on a consistent weekly basis

- Who We're Looking ForCurrent or former receptionist, front desk coordinator, or administrative professional
- Polished communicator with a warm, professional on-camera presence
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to a consistent full-time schedule
- No casino or gaming experience required at all
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to obtain a MI Gaming License
- Must complete a pre-employment background check
- Must wear assigned uniform and maintain professional appearance standards1 to 2 years of experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred
- Prolonged sitting at counter height chairs and tables
- Repeated use of both hands and arms
- Ability to see and read a chat screen from 4 or more feet away
- Ability to communicate verbally to players
- Ability to lift up to 10 lbs
- Ability to present on camera under professional studio lighting
- Game Show Hosts: ability to wear 2 inch or higher heels while standing for 1.5 hours at a time
