General Statement of Job: The Communications and Branding Coordinator will be part of a small, dedicated team of designers and video producers, and is responsible for a variety of internal and external facing materials including: talent acquisition/recruiting marketing campaigns, brand promotion & awareness, social media copy and content, event coverage, and email marketing campaigns. This position reports directly to the Administrative Manager, Communications and Branding.
Essential Job Functions: Research and report on video trends in social media
Regularly edit sequences with team members in Adobe Premiere, and/or After Effects
Contribute to development for short and long-form content, including a new podcast series and client marketing videos
Regularly write copy and create content for social media posts (primarily Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok), while adhering to confidentiality considerations inherent with the industry
Adhere to social media calendar to generate new posts
Perform other related duties as required
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Four plus years relevant experience with a portfolio and experience as cinematographer and editor, in personal, creative, or corporate work
Highly proficient in iOS hardware and software including the Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, Google Drive, Canva
Must be a dependable team player with business maturity and enthusiasm with the ability to deliver high level of customer service
Ability to travel domestically up to 10% of the time
