Human Resources Administrator
Location: Springboro, OH, 45066
Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Administrator to join our team in Springboro, OH. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting HR functions including employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, benefit administration, and performance management. This position requires strong organizational skills and proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications.
Key Responsibilities: Manage employee relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and fostering a positive work environment. Coordinate recruitment efforts including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling. Facilitate onboarding processes to ensure smooth integration of new hires. Assist in the development, implementation, and communication of HR policies and procedures. Administer employee benefits programs and serve as a point of contact for benefits-related questions. Support performance management activities including tracking reviews and maintaining documentation. Maintain and update employee records using HRIS systems. Prepare and manage HR-related documentation using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • A minimum of three to five years experience in Human Resources.
  • Workiing knowledge of HR regulations, policies and procedures.
  • Experience with HRIS systems for data management and reporting. Paycor & Viewpoint experience a plus
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
