About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Design Engineer to lead product development from concept through production while driving continuous product improvements in a manufacturing environment. This role combines hands-on engineering, project leadership, and team mentorship to support quality, efficiency, innovation, and customer satisfaction.ResponsibilitiesLead the design and development of valves, fittings, and related products.Create and maintain 3D models and engineering drawings using SolidWorks.Review designs for performance, manufacturability, quality, and cost effectiveness.Conduct root cause analysis and implement design improvements.Perform flow, stress, FEA, and CFD analyses as required.Manage engineering projects, timelines, and technical documentation.Oversee product testing and validation activities.Mentor and support a team of design engineers.Collaborate with customers, suppliers, manufacturing, and cross-functional teams.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.7+ years of mechanical product design engineering experience.Strong SolidWorks experience; AutoCAD is a plus.Experience with fluid power, fluid control systems, valves, or related products preferred.Knowledge of FEA, CFD, product compliance, and manufacturing processes.Proven project management and leadership experience.If you're a hands-on engineering leader who thrives on innovation, problem-solving, and mentoring others, we'd love to hear from you.
