About the role
- Responsible for daily supervision of assigned ACSRD's, supporting service operations across designated territories.
- Supervises ACSRD's for customer retention, inventory management and leads through effective team management and Samsara system.
- Oversee, coordinate, and facilitate the transfer of inventory between HCSC and customer locations through ACSRD's.
- Ensures compliance with company policies, maintains confidentiality, adheres to all federal, state, and local regulations and upholds professional conduct at all times.
- What you will bring to the role:
- A High School diploma or GED is required with 3 years of supervisory or management experience. Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Must possess a valid driver's license
- Must have experience driving a 26' box truck.
- Union environment experience preferred.
- Excellent communication (verbal, written, and listening), organizational, and time management skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities and ability to quickly solve complex issues.
- A passion to work in a fast-paced environment and handle changing priorities to meet the needs of HCSC.
- This position reports directly to the Service Manager and will be based out of the Roble Rd. Allentown location but will be driving/delivering up to 40% of their time. They will be responsible for working the following schedule:
- The normal hours for this position are 8:00am-5pm at our Allentown location. Must be flexible for a 4am start with additional hours as needed.
- Valid Driver's license with clean motor vehicle record.
