My client is seeking a Sales Director to lead sales efforts across Hospitality and Senior Care for a growing emergency communications company. This is a national sales leadership role managing a team of 6 Business Development Managers, with plans to continue growing the team. What You'll Do:
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of 6 BDMs
  • Drive new business across Hospitality and Senior Care
  • Help reps close larger opportunities
  • Track team performance and monthly goals
  • Help grow the sales organization
  • Attend trade shows and spend time in the field with your team

  • 2+ years of sales leadership experience
  • Hospitality or Senior Care experience
  • Proven ability to coach and develop sales reps
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Collaborative, supportive, and team-oriented
  • Comfortable traveling 25%-50%Location
