About the role

We are seeking a Lead Analog & RF Design Engineer to lead the development of advanced electronic hardware supporting aerospace, defense, industrial, medical, and other high-reliability applications. This is a hands‑on technical leadership role responsible for architecting, designing, testing, and transitioning sophisticated analog and RF hardware from concept through production. The ideal candidate is an expert in RF and analog circuit design who enjoys solving complex engineering challenges, mentoring engineers, collaborating with cross‑functional teams, and working directly with customers to deliver innovative solutions. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering discipline. 5+ years of experience designing analog and RF electronic hardware. Strong expertise in: Mixed‑signal electronics Experience designing RF systems operating from MHz through multi‑GHz frequencies. Proficiency with industry‑standard design and simulation tools such as: Keysight ADS Microwave Office HFSS LTspice Altium Designer (or similar PCB CAD software) Hands‑on experience using laboratory equipment including: Spectrum analyzers Signal generators Strong understanding of controlled impedance PCB design and RF material selection. Experience developing products for regulated or harsh operating environments. Demonstrated ability to lead technical projects while managing multiple priorities. Strong written, verbal, and customer‑facing communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience designing electronics for aerospace, defense, medical, or other high‑reliability industries. Familiarity with: Hermetic packaging LTCC technology RF modules Hybrid electronics Software Defined Radios (SDR) Radar systems Wireless communications equipment Microwave systems Phased array technologies Knowledge of EMI/EMC compliance standards and mitigation techniques. #J-18808-Ljbffr
