Role Description: The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will provide clinical oversight and case management for clients receiving ABA services in a full-time, hybrid role based in Greencastle, IN, with some work-from-home flexibility. Daily responsibilities include conducting functional behavior assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and designing behavior intervention programs grounded in ABA principles. The BCBA will train, supervise, and support behavior technicians and other team members, monitor data collection, and make data-driven adjustments to treatment plans. The role also involves collaborating with families, schools, and other professionals, facilitating parent education sessions, and ensuring services meet professional, regulatory, and ethical standards.
Qualifications: Candidates should possess strong skills in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis, including assessment, treatment planning, and data-based decision-making. Candidates should possess skills in Psychology and Behavior Management to address challenging behaviors and support skill acquisition in diverse settings. Candidates should possess skills in Parent Education to coach caregivers on implementing strategies and supporting generalization of skills at home and in the community. Current BCBA certification in good standing and compliance with BACB ethical guidelines. Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field. Experience providing ABA services to children or adolescents with developmental or behavioral needs, preferably in clinic, home, or school settings. Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills, with the ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment. Ability to supervise and train behavior technicians and support staff; prior supervisory experience is preferred. Commitment to culturally responsive, person-centered, and non-discriminatory practices.
