About the role

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage daily office operations for a corporate office in Northern Virginia. Serve as the front desk representative, greeting visitors and creating a professional, welcoming experience. Oversee mail, deliveries, office supplies, snacks, beverages, and shared spaces. Coordinate with vendors, property management, facilities teams, parking providers, and employee access contacts. Welcome and support interview candidates, customers, and other business visitors. Coordinate catering and provide logistical support for company meetings and events. Maintain an organized, polished office environment while supporting administrative operations and handling confidential information. MUST HAVES5+ years of administrative, office support, or workplace operations experience. Professional communication skills and presentation. Comfortable working at the front desk and serving as the primary face of the office. Willingness to handle both administrative duties and hands-on office responsibilities, including restocking supplies and coordinating vendors. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and calendar management. Comfortable learning new technologies and collaboration platforms, including messaging, knowledge-management, and document-sharing tools. Experience coordinating vendors, facilities, or workplace services. Highly dependable and punctual. Reliable transportation. Willingness to work full-time onsite. Comfortable following established processes and procedures. Ability to prioritize independently and work with minimal supervision. Experience supporting interview candidates and office visitors is highly desirable.
NICE TO HAVES: Executive Assistant experience, particularly for candidates interested in a potential long-term opportunity. Previous corporate receptionist experience.
