About the role

At Enrich Loans, we're building a different kind of mortgage sales organization, one where great leaders have the tools, opportunities, and support to build a high-performing team and make a real impact. Our managers have access to warm lead opportunities, a strong Non-QM and HELOC product offering, modern technology, and a leadership team invested in their success. If you're ready to move beyond managing production reports and want the opportunity to develop talent and build something bigger. Enrich Loans gives you the platform to do it.
About the Role: The Mortgage Sales Manager is responsible for recruiting, coaching, developing, and leading a team of Loan Officers while driving consistent production and conversion. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on building a strong sales culture, improving performance, managing pipelines, and helping Loan Officers turn opportunities into applications, approvals, and funded loans. The ideal candidate combines proven mortgage sales experience with strong leadership, coaching, recruiting, and accountability skills.
Hybrid Work Location: The Mortgage Sales Manager may be based near Phoenix, AZ. This hybrid role requires regular onsite collaboration three (3) days per week from the selected office location.
Key Responsibilities: Lead & Develop Recruit, hire, coach, and develop Mortgage Loan Officers. Establish clear production, activity, conversion, and customer-service expectations. Conduct regular one-on-one coaching and team meetings. Listen to calls, review pipelines, and provide actionable feedback. Develop individual plans to improve Loan Officer performance. Drive Production Own team production, conversion, and revenue goals. Monitor lead response, contact, application, pull-through, and funded-loan metrics. Identify performance trends and implement strategies to improve results. Ensure Loan Officers maximize every opportunity through the appropriate mortgage, Non-QM, DSCR, and HELOC solutions. Recruit & Build Proactively recruit experienced Loan Officers and emerging talent. Build relationships with producing LOs who may be open to making a career move. Partner with leadership and HR on hiring, licensing, onboarding, and development. Build a culture of accountability, collaboration, and success.
What We're Looking For: 2+ years of mortgage sales leadership or a demonstrated record of high-level mortgage production and leadership. Proven ability to achieve production goals and improve team performance. Strong mortgage sales, pipeline, and lead-conversion knowledge. Consumer-direct, call-center, Non-QM, and/or complex-income experience. Strong recruiting, coaching, communication, and leadership skills. Active NMLS registration or applicable state licenses. Comfortable using CRM, LOS, reporting, and performance-management technology. Competitive, accountable, organized, and results driven. Why Enrich Loans? At Enrich Loans, you are stepping into a true opportunity to help build a team inside a high-performance organization that already has the systems, support, infrastructure, and operational foundation in place. Warm lead opportunities so Loan Officers can spend more time selling and less time prospecting. Strong Non-QM, DSCR, bank statement, investor, and alternative-documentation products. HELOC opportunities to create additional business from existing homeowners. Modern CRM and technology to manage and convert opportunities. Training and coaching designed to improve application, conversion, and funded-loan results. The opportunity to build and grow your own high-performing sales team. A leadership team focused on production, development, and long-term career growth. Rather than building alone, you’ll partner with an established leadership team to grow the team, develop Loan Officers, and drive meaningful results within a proven platform. If you’re growth-minded, people-focused, and energized by leadership, this could be the opportunity you’ve been looking for. Help build a new team and play a meaningful role in the next stage of Enrich Loans’ growth!

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
