About the role
We are seeking a Senior Operations Manager to oversee daily business operations, improve processes, and support organizational performance. The ideal candidate will provide operational leadership, coordinate cross-functional teams, monitor performance, and help ensure that business activities are efficient, consistent, and aligned with company objectives.
Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operational activities and business processes. Develop and implement procedures to improve operational efficiency. Monitor team performance, productivity, and key operational metrics. Coordinate with department leaders to support business objectives. Identify process improvement opportunities and implement practical solutions. Manage operational resources, schedules, and priorities. Prepare and review operational reports and performance updates. Support budgeting, cost management, and resource planning. Establish and maintain effective operational procedures and controls. Address operational issues and coordinate timely resolutions. Support employee development, training, and performance management. Promote effective communication and collaboration across teams. Assist leadership with strategic planning and operational initiatives. Ensure company procedures and applicable standards are followed. Perform other operational duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.5+ years of experience in operations management or a related leadership role. Strong knowledge of business operations, process improvement, and performance management. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience with operational reporting, budgeting, and resource planning. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and common business management tools. Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
