Piper Maddox have recently partnered with a market leading EV Charging business, backed by some of the biggest names in the Automotive space. Together, we are searching for Director of Support Operations to join the Operations department. This client, who are a leading player in the EV Charging infrastructure world, financially backed by plethora of house-hold Automotive names are growing from strength to strength. Acquiring close to 60 new customers per month with more than 40,000 chargers deployed across the US.In this role, your responsibilities will include: Leading the entire support function, including Tier 1, Tier 2 and Field Services department. Providing support and guidance to the middle management layer, aiding with training and development. Monitor all KPI's across Quality, Customer Experience and uptime. To be successful in this position, we believe that you will have a background similar to the below: Must have prior management experience leading all 3 support functions (Tier 1, Tier 2 and Field Services)Minimum of 8 years experience. Ideally within a 24/7 environment. Prior experience working/ operating in a smaller business unit. Process Oriented with experience leading roll-outs and delivering process'.Data Driven mindset, comfortable pushing tasks based on data & KPI metrics.
