Independent Medical Device Sales Representative – 1099 Micro Aire Surgical Instruments | Distributor: Judge Surgical Build your territory. Build your relationships. Build your business. Micro Aire Surgical Instruments has more than 40 years of experience developing innovative surgical technology, including minimally invasive solutions for orthopedics, endoscopic carpal tunnel release, and lipoplasty. Judge Surgical represents Micro Aire products and works directly with surgeons, hospitals, and surgical centers to deliver innovative solutions and exceptional clinical support.
The Opportunity:
We are looking for an entrepreneurial, driven Medical Device Sales Representative to develop and grow a territory. This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity for someone who is motivated by independence, relationship building, and the opportunity to directly influence their success. You will work directly with surgeons, OR teams, hospital decision-makers, and healthcare professionals to introduce innovative products, develop accounts, and grow sales.
What You'll Do:
Develop and manage your territory and sales strategy. Build relationships with surgeons, hospitals, and surgical teams. Introduce and demonstrate Micro Aire surgical technology. Provide OR support during procedures and product evaluations. Develop new accounts while expanding existing relationships. Identify opportunities and drive territory revenue.
What We're Looking For:
Entrepreneurial mindset and strong sales drive. Medical device, orthopedic, surgical, or B2B sales experience preferred. Comfortable working in the OR and interacting with surgeons and clinical staff. Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently. Willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory. Why Micro Aire / Judge Surgical? This is more than a sales position.
