Performance Incentive Shift
Day Shift: Monday-Friday 7:00 AM until work is complete
Position Summary:
Join us as a Poultry Trimmer and start working right away. This full-time role offers steady weekday hours, consistent pay, and the opportunity to earn productivity bonuses in a fast-paced production environment. No extensive experience required, training provided.
Key Responsibilities:
Trim and prepare poultry to meet quality standards Remove excess fat, skin, and bone fragments Inspect products for quality and safety compliance Maintain production speed on a processing line Use knives and tools safely Keep work area clean and organized
Qualifications:
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail Reliable attendance and teamwork Ability to follow instructions Preferred: Experience in poultry or meat processing
Work Environment:
Cold, refrigerated setting (40-45°F) Repetitive hand movements and standing for long periods Use of PPE (gloves, aprons, hairnets)
