We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Customer Service Coordinator to support clients and manage service-related requests in a remote environment.
This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy organizing details, communicating clearly, and guiding clients through a structured process from start to finish.
In this position, you will assist with coordinating travel-related services and supporting clients throughout the planning and booking process.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Coordinate service details, including scheduling, updates, and follow-ups
Assist clients with travel arrangements and general planning support
Provide clear communication and next steps throughout the process
Maintain accurate and organized client records
Track progress of requests to ensure timely completion
Deliver a consistent and positive customer experience
Qualifications Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities effectively

Comfortable using online systems and tools
Customer service or administrative experience preferred
