Job Type: Full-Time
Job Summary: We are looking for a friendly, professional, and organized Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and callers, ensuring a welcoming and efficient front office. In addition to basic reception duties, the role offers the opportunity to learn and develop additional skills, supporting various departments and gaining exposure to different aspects of the business.
Key Responsibilities: Front Desk Management: Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and friendly manner. Answer phone calls, route them to the appropriate department. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area. Administrative/Sales Support: Support the team with clerical tasks such as data entry, receiving, and filing. Taking orders and making changes to existing orders as needed
Qualifications
Skills & Experience: Previous experience in a customer service or customer-facing role is required. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Experience working in a Food Distribution type setting is a plus. Personal Attributes: Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor. Eagerness to learn and take on new responsibilities. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).Experience working with Retalix/AS400 a plus. Familiarity with office equipment (phones, copiers, printers, fax machines).
Schedule: SundayFriday 8AM - 5PM with 1 hour lunch
Closed: Weekends, Thanksgiving, and Christmas
