About the role
- Administer documentation control and maintain engineering records within Oracle
- Generate Item Sequence Numbers (ISNs) and documentation numbers, ensuring accurate linkage to Bills of Material (BOMs) and data packages
- Create, upload, and maintain Bills of Material (BOMs) in Oracle
- Organize, rename, and upload engineering documentation in compliance with document control standards
- Upload and maintain engineering data packages and BOMs within the system
- Support and administer change control processes
- File, process, and track Engineering Change Requests (ECRs)
- What you need to be successful in this role:
- Associate's degree in technical field, bachelor's degree preferred
- Over five (5) years in a document control role
- Over five (5) years of experience using Oracle or similar ERP system
- Experience in an ISO-9001 or similar environment
- Understanding of electro-mechanical devices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams and be internal customer-facing
