About the role
Leidos is seeking a strategic M&S Lead to develop a tactical performance roadmap and build an in-house simulations and performance analysis team for the IFPC Inc 2 Launcher Program. You will drive system performance analyses, trade studies, and collaboration across engineering and management to meet stringent customer requirements.
The role requires 8+ years in modeling and simulation for defense/aerospace, strong leadership, and the ability to present complex results to diverse audiences.
