With an emphasis on ease of use, our platform combines enterprise-grade capabilities with advanced data security to streamline event planning. A high volume of applicants is expected for the role as detailed below, do not wait to send your CV.We're a lean marketing team that ships a lot. That means the person in this seat will see their work go live quickly, and they'll be able to point to what it did.
About the role: We're hiring a Content Engineer: a content creator first, who uses AI to produce more, better content than one person could alone. You'll write, run our social channels, and turn one idea into many formats, from blog posts and LinkedIn carousels to short video scripts, email, and landing page copy. You'll also make sure our content gets found, both in Google and in AI answer engines like ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Google AI Overviews. You'll report to the VP of Marketing. What you might call yourself: Content marketer, social media manager, copywriter, marketing writer, or new grad who has been running a blog or a channel on the side. What this is not: Not a prompt-and-publish role. AI is a thought partner. You decide what's good, fix what isn't, and own what goes out. Not a technical writer or developer-documentation role. You won't write API docs, and you don't need to code (but it is welcome knowledge!)Not just a blog writer. It is part of the job, but a lot of your time will be spent on interactive, social, product, and customer content.
What you'll do:
  • Write and produce content across formats
  • Write blog posts, customer stories, landing page copy, email, and sales collateral from first draft to publish.
  • Help draft and edit thought leadership for our executives, matching their voice.
  • Turn one asset into many. A webinar becomes a blog post, three LinkedIn posts, two short videos, a carousel, and a newsletter section.
  • Produce simple visual and video content.
  • Own our social channels
  • Plan, write, schedule, and publish organic social for the company, with LinkedIn as the priority channel.
  • Cover events, launches, and customer moments, including onsite at industry shows.
  • Track what performs and adjust the mix based on the numbers.
  • Make content discoverable in search and AI answers
  • Apply SEO/GEO basics to everything you publish: keyword targeting, search intent, titles, headings, internal links, and meta descriptions.
  • Structure content so AI answer engines can find, understand, and cite it (GEO/AEO): clear answers, FAQs, comparison content, and up-to-date facts.
  • Use tools like Semrush, Google Search Console, and GA4 to find opportunities and report results.
  • Build AI into how we work
  • Use tools like Claude and ChatGPT across research, outlining, drafting, editing, repurposing, and measurement, not just for one-off drafts.
  • Build and maintain reusable prompts, templates, and brand voice guides so the whole team gets consistent output.
  • Check every AI-assisted piece for accuracy, originality, and brand voice before it goes out. Verify every claim and cite research by naming the publisher and the report.
  • Test new tools as they come out and share what works.
  • Work across the team
  • Interview executives, sales reps, and customers to turn what they know into content.
  • Partner with product and marketing on launch content when it's needed.
  • What you bring
You can write, and you can tell good writing from bad. That includes your own drafts and anything an AI hands you. You know when a sentence is filler, when a claim needs a source, and when a post sounds like every other post on LinkedIn.2 to 4 years of experience in content, social, copywriting, journalism, or communications. Internships, student media, freelance work, and a blog or channel you grew yourself all count. Hands-on, everyday use of AI tools for content. You can walk us through how you prompt, what you keep, what you throw out, and where you take over. Basic SEO/GEO knowledge: keywords, search intent, on-page structure, and how to read performance in a tool like Google Search Console, GA4, or Semrush. Curiosity about how AI answer engines choose what to cite, and a point of view on what that means for content (GEO/AEO).Comfort running a brand social account, including scheduling tools and basic analytics. Strong editing and fact-checking habits, with a working knowledge of a style guide such as AP.The ability to manage several projects at once and ship on deadline.
Bonus points: None of these are required. If you have them, tell us. Product marketing exposure: positioning, launch messaging, competitive content, or sales enablement. Experience building custom AI assistants, GPTs, Claude Projects, or simple automated content workflows. Basic HTML or experience with a CMS like Webflow or Hubspot. Video editing, design, or on-camera comfort. Familiarity with B2B SaaS, events, or the meetings and conferences industry. Your first 90 days30 days: You know our product, customers, and voice. You're publishing on social every week and have shipped your first blog post.60 days: You own the social calendar. You've built a prompt library and voice guide the team uses, and you've repurposed at least one webinar or event into a full content set.90 days: You're shipping a steady mix of formats each month, every piece optimized for search and AI answers, and you're reporting on what's working. Compensation and location
Salary: $70,000 to $80,000, plus benefits. xhqgsiq Final pay is dependent upon experience and location.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
