Enterprise Systems & Data Analyst Baltimore County, MD | Hybrid – 3 days on-site
Salary: Up to $70,000 | Full-TimeWe are working with a nonprofit organization seeking an Enterprise Systems & Data Analyst to support business systems, data analysis, reporting, and dashboards. This is a great opportunity for someone with 2–3 years of experience out of college who wants to grow their skills across business systems and data, or an experienced professional seeking a mission-driven, long-term opportunity.
Key Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Information Systems, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field 2+ years of experience in business analysis, data analysis, or business intelligence
  • Strong Excel, SQL, and Power BI skills — required
  • Experience creating reports, dashboards, and analyzing data
  • Experience gathering requirements and working with business stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Technology: Excel, SQL, Power BI, Power Platform, SharePoint, Teams, and more.
  • Snowflake experience is not required. This role provides an opportunity to learn Snowflake and gain experience with a modern cloud data platform.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–4:00 PM with a 30-minute lunch. Hybrid schedule with 3 days on-site in Baltimore County. If you have good Excel, SQL, and Power BI skills and want to grow in a business systems/data environment, we'd like to hear from you.
