About the role
Creativity. Innovation. A desire to effect positive change. That's what it takes to work at Fuss & O'Neill – because that's what we do for the communities in which we work: we create, innovate, and design long-lasting improvements that improve quality of life. Quality of life is also important on the job, so we've prioritized work-life balance by offering flexible/remote work opportunities, part-time benefits, and generous PTO. We believe that each day is an opportunity to support one another, to support our clients, and to support our communities. If you feel the same, then you've found your future. We are seeking an experienced and driven Wastewater Project Manager with deep expertise in wastewater collection systems and conveyance infrastructure. This individual will lead the planning, evaluation, design, and rehabilitation of gravity sewers, force mains, pump stations, and related assets, supporting both municipal and industrial clients. In this role, you will play a critical part in enhancing system performance, reliability, resiliency, and regulatory compliance across diverse service areas. You will manage projects throughout the full lifecycle—from condition and sustainability assessments and hydraulic modeling to design, permitting, construction support, and project closeout—while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative, high-quality engineering solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for a leader who is passionate about infrastructure improvement, mentorship, and contributing to the growth of a high-performing collection systems practice.
Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
