Evolve Therapy Services invites qualified therapists to lead the rehabilitation program for an in-house Skilled Nursing Facility in Blue Ash, OH. The Director of Rehabilitation will oversee operations, staffing, and compliance under the Regional Director of Operations. Applicants should hold a degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology and hold active state licensure. Strong leadership and PDPM/MDS experience are preferred for success in this role.
