Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Office Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will serve as the backbone of our office operations, ensuring that administrative tasks are executed efficiently and effectively. Your attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously will contribute to the smooth running of our daily activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and organize office files and documents Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner Schedule appointments and maintain calendar for team members Assist in preparing reports and presentations Perform data entry and maintain accurate records Order and manage office supplies and inventory Skills, Knowledge and Expertise High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred Proven experience as an office assistant or in a related role Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point)Ability to work independently and as part of a team
