Job Description: Key Responsibilities:\n\n Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of sales leads to meet or exceed assigned sales quota targets.\n Evaluate and develop sales leads to identify promising opportunities.\n Engage directly with clients to understand their project requirements and provide customized Bills of Materials (BOM) lists tailored to their needs.\n Deliver timely and accurate quotations to clients, ensuring clarity and transparency throughout the sales process.\n Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout each project, collaborating with internal sales engineers to optimize BOM lists and accommodate special requests.\n Coordinate product availability, lead times, and replacement SKUs to meet client expectations and project deadlines.\n Strive to meet or surpass revenue and gross profit targets through proactive sales efforts.\n Compile and submit comprehensive weekly business review reports, accompanied by actionable plans for continuous improvement.\n Provide support for trade shows and local events to enhance brand visibility and foster client relationships.\n Execute additional missions and tasks as assigned by supervisors, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to contribute to team objectives.\n Expected travel of 30% or more to engage with clients and attend industry events.\n Provide competitive market feedback on a weekly basis, including insights on competitive pricing, products, rebates, and bundling deals.\n Collaborate closely with multiple departments, ensuring seamless information delivery and communication.\n\n Qualifications:\n\n Proven experience in sales or project management, preferably in a related industry.\n Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and internal stakeholders.\n Detail-oriented approach with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions to clients’ needs.\n Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating initiative and resourcefulness.\n Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.\n Willingness to travel as needed to fulfill job responsibilities.\n\n Benefits:\n\n 401(k)\n 401(k) dollar-for-dollar up to 4% matching\n Health insurance\n Dental insurance\n Vision insurance\n Vacation\n Paid sick leave\n Employee discount\n Birthday gift card\n\n About QNAP\n QNAP Inc. is the global leading storage system provider.
