Case Intake Coordinator Join Job Duck as a Case Intake Coordinator and play a key role in creating a positive and professional first impression for prospective clients. In this position, you will manage communications, support the intake process, and help ensure new cases are handled efficiently from the start. Compensation range: 1,142 USD to 1,220 USD Monthly Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Answer inbound phone calls and respond to emails in a professional and timely manner Assist with case manager intake processes Review, organize, and maintain client documentation Support early onboarding activities for new cases Manage intake overflow and ensure all inquiries are addressed promptly Ensure all records and information are complete and accurately entered into company systems Coordinate with internal teams to support case progression and client service needs
