About the role

Job Description: Donation Intake Technician is responsible for receiving donated goods in a proficient manner while building customer service relations.

Job Responsibilities Include:

Receives, processes, and performs a primary sort of donated merchandise
Follows proper procedures and assists with donor pickups and deliveries
Maintains knowledge of goods the store does and does not accept
Loads/unloads truck by hand and takes precaution to avoid damaging merchandise

Job Requirements:

Available to work days and some weekends
Able to stand & walk for extended periods of time
Able to bend, stoop, and kneel
Lift up to 60 pounds or more
Walk, see, and hear sufficiently well to perform assigned tasks
