About the role
Lead Delivery Engineer at a leading Physics AI / Simulation Startup - Aerospace/Defense/Automotive You sit at the cutting edge of Physics AI, working directly with customers to solve hard engineering problems that actually matter. This is a hands-on technical leadership role at a fast-growing Series B startup. You are not buried in an internal team waiting months to see whether your work made a difference. You are in front of customers, understanding their problems, building solutions, and seeing the impact almost immediately. The feedback loop is tight and the visibility is real. The company is pushing the frontier of Physics AI, and the customers reflect that ambition. You work across scaling startups and F100 enterprises, applying simulation and AI-driven physics capabilities to some of the most complex engineering challenges in the world. Experience with PINNs, surrogate models, physics-informed ML, or similar will stand out. Day to day you are leading technical delivery, engaging directly with customer teams, and drawing on deep multiphysics knowledge. You bring that fluency into the room and translate it into solutions that work for the people in front of you. To thrive here you bring solid experience in at least one of the following segments: aerospace, defense, automotive, industrial, or semiconductor. You have multiphysics simulation fluency across multiple disciplines. You have led technical work before and you are comfortable engaging with customers or non-technical stakeholders, translating complexity into clarity. This company cannot provide visa sponsorship. Candidates must be eligible to work in the US as a citizen or green card holder. Base salary will be competitive, plus meaningful equity and full benefits. Relocation support can be available. If this sounds like you, apply now.
Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
