Bring People Together Through Travel We are looking for organized and customer-focused Group Travel Coordinators to assist clients with planning and coordinating travel for groups. Group travel may include family reunions, celebrations, cruises, destination events, social groups, and other shared vacation experiences. This opportunity is a great fit for someone who enjoys organization, communication, problem-solving, and managing multiple details. What You'll Do Assist clients with researching group travel options Research resorts, cruises, hotels, and vacation packages Coordinate travel details for multiple travelers Communicate reservation information, deadlines, and supplier policies Maintain organized records for group reservations Assist with room or cabin selections when applicable Prepare group travel information and itineraries Communicate professionally with travelers throughout the planning process Provide support before and after travel Stay informed about supplier group programs and promotions Qualifications Excellent organization and time-management skills Strong written and verbal communication Ability to manage multiple details and deadlines Comfortable using online platforms and technology Customer-service-oriented Dependable and self-motivated Able to work independently in a remote environment Travel, event planning, hospitality, or customer service experience is helpful but not required.
