Building Management System Lead

Job Description: We are seeking a Building Management System Lead to join our client's team in Chicago, IL. Responsible for leading local solution assessment and execution of BuilMirai deployments in North America including Customer Zero, serving as the bridge between Japanl BuilMirai team, HDS and Customer facility/customer teams and local implementation partners. The role will coordinate site assessment, BMS/controls integration, deployment planning, local partner activities, testing, commissioning and operational readiness, bringing appropriate specialist resources into the engagement as required.

Core Responsibilities: Role: North America Solution & Execution Lead.- Exp Range: 8-12 year. Deliverables- Process Flows.- Mentor and Knowledge transfer to client project team members.- Participate as primary, co and/or contributing author on any and all project deliverables associated with their assigned areas of responsibility.- Participate in data conversion and data maintenance.- Provide best practice and industry specific solutions.- Advise on and provide alternative (out of the box) solutions.- Provide thought leadership as well as hands on technical configuration/development as needed.- Participate as a team member of the functional team.- Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications: Good understanding of BMS / Building Automation Systems, controls and building systems integration.- Working knowledge of BACnet, controllers, gateways, field devices and BMS integration.- Experience in site assessment, system integration, testing and commissioning.- Experience coordinating system integrators, OEMs, contractors and customer/facility teams.- Strong customer-facing communication and ability to work with distributed/global engineering teams.- Do you have a good understanding of BMS / Building Automation Systems, controls and building systems integration?

Position Requirements: Onsite position based in Chicago, IL.- Willingness to travel within North America for site activities.- Technically, Michigan City, Indiana is the location, but local to Chicagoland area is fine. Onsite work is a must at least 3x a week. Skill Matrix:
